This repetitive pattern poses a few challenges and uses a variety of common techniques.
The idea is to get the various methods to the same level so that at speed, you can choose based on sound or convenience.

First up is the combination of an economy pick and a series of hammers and pulls.
Then you move straight into another six notes but picked and also requiring a jump onto new strings and a slight position shift and a change in direction.
Then its back to the start but switching to straight alternate picking followed by the jump into single picks with double-pulls.
Start slowly and build up:
time - its 2/4 = 2 beats per bar
rhythm - its 6 notes every beat = sextuplets
dynamics - try to even out the volume of each note except for the accents on 1 and 4 of every 6.
consistency - all picks alternate except for the first ‘economy’ downstroke = two notes from one pick.
fingering - make sure you keep all four fingers prone over the action with your thumb down the back of the neck so you can stretch them apart. The first pattern leads with the 3rd and the rest with your 4th.
Here are the frets:
This is taken from the G Whole-Half Diminished Scale but you can use any scale.
Also, to copy this precisely by sound you will need to tune your 3G, 2B and 1E strings to F, Bb and Eb.
