NOTATION 44: Triadic Musical Chairs
This is a three-clef reading and harmony exercise to work out each note name and then calculate the exact intervallic harmony between each staff.
e.g. Beat 1, Quaver 1 = E G C ascending
E G = b3 and E C = b6
If you have done the Figured Bass lesson (NOTATION 8) then you will recognise the b3, b6 stack as a 2nd inversion major triad
Therefore these three voices form a C / E chord
