8str 4: Scales 3 - The 'Grand' Minor scale
This 5 octave Natural Minor monster reveals the vast range of an 8str.
Each octave is separated by a space to help you visualise and imbibe in chunks.
Bend the 24 up a tone to get that final F#, unless of course, like Matthias Eklundh, you have the frets for it (speaking of which, the shop has one of his 27 fret Freak Guitar Lab guitars by True Temperament on order so there will be a demo of it in the GEAR section later this year.)
Remember my tuning is in 4ths from an F = F Bb Eb Ab Db Gb B E, so if you use standard tuning then you would start on a G and then just move the final two strings back a fret to get your shape.
